Pening Dengan School Holiday 2013

Hye semua. Assalammualaikum.

Awok sebenornye confused ni dengan tarikh cuti sekolah untuk tahun depan 2013. Mane satu betoi entoh ler. Haa da keluor cakap perok!!

Ngehngehngeh ..  =P
 

Dulu masa kena attend Matta Fair, myra noticed yang school holiday mid term jatuh pada 8 - 17 March 2013. Ni tup tup jatuh pada 23 - 31 March 2013.

Dah rearrange ke? Atau myra yang tersalah tgk kalendar ni?

Adoyaiiii!!

Punca myra start confused bila passenger complaint. And the booking made was by me.

Passenger said :

"I am writing to inform you that we need to change the date of our travel to Medan. When I booked this package tour at the Matta Fair in September 2012, we checked the date for next year's school holiday before confirming. I was shocked to find out in yesterday's newspaper that the date for the march school holidays have been changed to 23 March 2013 from 9 March 2013."

Kindly look into this matter and advise. Please note that we can only travel during school holidays as our daughter is schooling.

 

 

Ehh kenapa myra tak tau ni ada pertukaran cuti sekolah?

Tapi apa-apa pun myra rasa myra tak salah.

Memang kelam kabut time Matta Fair tu dengan ramai orang nak booking, tanya, pening jugak la.

Tapi tengok apa yang management bagi ..

But normally school holiday is subject to change without prior notice kan?

Since the passenger already give the statement, she aware on the school holiday on 9 March 2013.

Passenger pun baru realize last week on the newspaper the school holiday have been changed to 23 March 2013. From my opinion is not mistake from our management and not even the passenger. Might be Government have change the school holiday recently.

 

 

 

Ada sesiapa tahu ke tentang pertukaran school holiday ni?

Rasa nak nanges bila kena call passenger balik.

Check on the promo fare during NEW school holiday.

Passenger pulak argue nak tukar without any charges.

Banyak cekadak tau passenger ni.

Orang da tolong rearrange hotel, bayar jela change fee untuk flight.

Tu pun kira bagus myra dapatkan permissions untuk waive fare differences dia.

.. sedih sedih sedih ..

Korang kalau plan nak holiday during school holiday, better be aware.

Nanti susah macam passenger ni nak tukar flight + tambah duit lagi. Kesian tapi apa nak buat.

Myra hanya menjalankan tugas sahaja.  =P
